Interlube Multi Line Lubrication System-AC and AC2 (light-medium duty, chassis)
The AC and AC2 pump is electronically powered from the vehicle ignition system, delivering metered quantities of lubricant to chassis lubrication points through calibrated pumping units and 5/32" high density nylon tubing. Each lube point will receive a small shot of grease every 12 minutes. The time cycle for lubrication can be reset from an internal circuit board located under the lid on the unit. This product has the ability to handle oil and heavy grease up to NLGI Grade 2. This has been achieved by installing a slowly rotating paddle within the reservoir, insuring an even flow of lubricant regardless of temperature. Engineered for a long working life, the AC and AC2 pump is virtually maintenance free and, depending on the application, will operate for up to 750 hours on one reservoir filling. Filling the reservoir is via a flip sealed filler cap for either oil or fluid grease and a bottom grease nipple for heavier greases.
